Cancellation Deadline:
Students are required to cancel the class 24 hours prior to the scheduled start date of the class. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of a refund.

Cancellation Process:
To cancel a registration, students must directly contact Dynamic Police Training at info@DynamicPoliceTraining.com. In the cancellation email, please include the following information:

Student's first and last name
Student's agency name and state
Class name and date for which the student is registered
Reason for cancellation
Preferred refund method (if applicable)
If a refund by check is selected, include the name of the department receiving the refund along with the main POC & address. This information can be emailed to info@DynamicPoliceTraining.com.

Refund and/or Credit:
If the cancellation is made within the specified timeframe under Dynamic's Cancellation Policy, a refund will be processed. If the cancellation is not made within the specified timeframe, the refund will be forfeited.

Dynamic Police Training can also issue a "Credit" instead of a refund for the same amount as the initial payment. This "credit" can be used to attend any Dynamic Police Training Class within 1 year of obtaining the credit.

Terms and Conditions Acknowledgment:
By registering for a Dynamic Police Training class, students and/or individuals registering on behalf of a student/students acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation and refund policy.

Modification of Policy:
Dynamic Police Training reserves the right to modify the cancellation and refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the company's website or through direct communication to registered students.

Force Majeure Clause:
Dynamic Police Training is not liable for any claims or damages arising from the cancellation and refund process in the event of unforeseeable circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond the company's control.

Documentation of Refund/Credit Requests:
Students and agencies are advised to retain a copy of the cancellation email for their records, clearly documenting the date and time of cancellation requests.

Communication of Changes:
Dynamic Police Training will communicate any changes to the cancellation and refund policy promptly to registered students.

Limitation of Liability:
Dynamic Police Training limits liability for any claims or damages arising from the cancellation and refund process, especially in cases where unforeseen circumstances may prevent the fulfillment of refunds.
