NOTES: This five-day, 40-hour training program is practical, informational and hands-on. The purpose of the course is to provide law enforcement with the knowledge and skills required to train probationary law enforcement officers in a one-to-one setting. Diverse instructional methods will be employed to provide a student-centered learning environment. Upon successful completion of this program, attendees will be certified as Field Training Officers.
