Cpt Bloodgood did a great job making case law make sense. The course was very helpful and none of the information was irrelevant. I would recommend all officers of all levels of experience take this class.

This course reviewed basic case law, such as Terry V Ohio, and also went over how narcotics are packaged. The course was split between instructor Bloodgood and Hoffman.
