Calibre’s goal is to fix this problem. We’ll help new officers gain that skill set by training them to communicate effectively during rapidly evolving encounters so they can make the best tactical decisions to reduce violence and increase officer and citizen safety.

Our experienced instructors will analyze dozens of videos with citizen encounters, many that are rapidly evolving and involve unreasonable, agitated and violent individuals. We will help them understand that their immediate goal is to see past a person’s behavior and uncover their core need. The quicker this happens, the sooner they control, redirect and influence that person’s immediate behavior and accomplish their professional goal.
