Telecommunicator's Update

J. Harris courses never fail to deliver. I love that they are looking at law enforcement as a whole and training on all aspects such as the connections between LEOs and Telecommunicator and the expectations for the telecommunicator.

The 911 Dispatch training course was an incredibly valuable and eye-opening experience. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, using real-world scenarios that made the training practical and engaging. By the end of the training, I felt more confident and prepared to handle high-pressure situations.

Excellent course. Differently would recommend any agency to send their personnel.

Good class for dispatchers new and seasoned to take. It provides some insight and gives you tools to help make you better at your comm center
