This class is very valuable for Incident Command situations/scenes.
Awesome training. Would recommend for any supervisory position.
I attended a Front-Line Supervisor course 7 years before through a different training company. That course was all theory - you should do it this way, but nobody really does… The instructors in this course provided real-world problems with real-world answers. Very useful information with very relatable instructors.
Class was informative, provides excellent incite on what to do as a law enforcement supervisor.
Very good class, covered every aspect of first line supervision.
