Description
This interactive session will focus on the importance of collaborative leadership among custody command staff and medical & mental health administrators. It’s critical that all levels of a correctional facility’s operation work together to ensure the best care, custody, and control are provided to incarcerated individuals. Poor communication, a lack of collaboration, and conflict ultimately lead to poor safety, critical incidents, and adverse outcomes that lead to liability.
