Description
As courts become tougher on offenders, some grow old while incarcerated. Some commit crimes as younger individuals and receive long sentences. The medical and behavioral issues associated with aging must be addressed by the jail staff. Also, some inmates enter incarceration at a young age; many have juvenile records. Some are immature and defy authority. Part 1 will discuss managing these individuals, maintaining custody, and keeping staff and other inmates safe.
