Reviews for this course
This is a great class, especially for a younger officer looking for a foundational learning opportunity or someone looking to refresh their skills. This class broadly covers many topics, is full of relevant case law, body cam videos, and review of current topics relevant to law enforcement, while still taking the time to drill down in certain areas to drive home the point.
Awesome course lots of great information jammed packed into 2 days. Not only about patrol work but interdiction as well.
Great class.
I have 8+ years of patrol experience. This class helped me on so many different levels. Dakota is knowledgeable, professional, and a cop’s cop. He delivers this a ton of information in the best way possible. This class is worth every penny and is one of the best classes I have ever attended.
Informative class containing material relatable to what could be encountered on patrol. I feel starting tomorrow on shift I can implement what was learned in class.
Proper patrol was a very well rounded class that covered a wide variety of knowledge regarding police work, investigations, interdiction and much more. The class is well worth it.
This class provided great fundamentals for not only interdiction style police work but fundamentals for all levels of policing.
As a brand new police officer the information here is invaluable. Driving behaviors, interview tactics, taking cases one step further, officer safety, and taking care of our own mental health, this class covers it all. The information is delivered by someone extremely passionate and knowledgeable on each subject presented, making it easy to stay engaged. I would encourage anyone, from any agency, at any point in their career to attend this class
