Crime scene reconstruction, processing, and analysis are all inseparably linked. The actions/non-actions taken by those involved in an investigation, directly and indirectly, impact the investigation, subsequent analysis, synthesis, evaluation, and conclusions. The actions of processing, analyzing, and reconstructing crime scenes must be scientific and must follow an appropriate methodology to be judicially sound.
