The best mid level class by far.

This course gave me a toolbox full of tools to navigate through the complexities of middle management. What I liked best was the recurring theme of how to help everyone around you in your agency as well as how to be an asset using leadership.

Great course of instruction despite me being a front line supervisor. Could certainly make this a two day class instead of three and possibly combine both middle level management and front line supervision into one class. Class size was perfect and instructors were very engaging with group.
