Great class with knowledgeable instructors!!

This course was excellent and informative. The instructor was knowledgeable, experienced, and provided great instruction and guidance for the supervisor role.

This course definitely helps new sergeants understand the transition from “worker to watcher.” Great tips on how to deal with different personalities that we will be dealing with in our new position. Sharing personal experiences makes it more real.

Both Instructors were very knowledgeable and shared their experiences as supervisors.

Course Instruction was very informative. Quality videos and information. Hopeful to get Instruction and quality Instructors to our County Academy.
