NOTES: This two day class will prepare all levels of law enforcement officers for a successful DWI investigation. This class will provide the most complete and accurate assessment needed for a successful DWI arrest. We will discuss information designed to improve the participant’s ability to recognize the three phases needed for a DWI arrest; vehicle in motion, impairment and impairment by drugs/alcohol. We will review the most recent DWI studies, case law and title 39.
